FAQs
What is the Cancellation Policy?
To avoid a $35 NO SHOW fee, please remember to call 24 hours in advance regarding cancellations.
What should I know about booking Multiple Services?
When scheduling multiple services remember to schedule injectables (Botox and Filler) last since you cannot lay down for 4 hours after treatment. Example: Book your facial before Botox
What Should I Know Before Scheduling a Lash Service?
Please avoid caffeine at minimum 2 hours before your appointment to avoid involuntary eye twitching. Arrive with No eye makeup/mascara on eyes or we will charge an extra $25 to remove. Plan to avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours after appointment.
For new clients a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a lash appointment. The $50 deposit will be applied to the cost of the service.
What should I know about booking a Sugaring service?
We use all-natural professional grade sugar products from Alexandria Professional. Sugaring is proven gentler on skin than traditional wax. It removes dead skin and hair only. For best results, hair should be 1/8-1/4 of an inch for fine hair and 3/8 of an inch for coarse hair.
What services require numbing cream?
Services that require you to be numb are RF Microneedling, Skinpen, Fraxel and Sublative Fractional. Although numbing isn’t required before Fillers, some clients prefer to be numb for their comfort. You can arrive 1 hour earlier than your appointment time to have numbing cream applied to areas being treated or pick up numbing cream in advance so you can apply the cream 1 hour before your appointment time at home.
Brow Lamination need to know?
We do not recommend scheduling a brow appointment on the same day. We recommend scheduling your brow wax, 5 days before or after brow lamination. Please avoid acne creams and retinols 5 days before appointment. Results typically last 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth cycle and aftercare. Regular conditioning can help keep your brow hairs looking healthy and beautifully groomed between appointments.
How often should I get a facial?
- Every 4–6 weeks for general skin maintenance and healthy skin renewal.
- Every 2–4 weeks if you're addressing concerns such as acne, congestion, hyperpigmentation, or signs of aging and your skincare professional recommends a more intensive treatment plan.
- Every 6–8 weeks if your skin is sensitive or you're primarily focused on maintenance.

Can I schedule laser treatments with an injectable?
Botox/Dysport/Xeomin + laser treatments: Many providers prefer performing the laser treatment before the injectable during the same visit, or scheduling the laser treatment 1–2 weeks after Botox/Dysport. This allows the neurotoxin to fully settle.
Dermal fillers + laser treatments: Laser treatments are often performed before fillers, or the laser is scheduled 2–4 weeks before or after filler injections, depending on the type of laser and the area being treated. Some lasers can increase swelling or potentially affect filler results.
How should I manage sun exposure before and after IPL or laser treatments?
Sun exposure before or after IPL, laser treatments, and many other procedures can increase the risk of hyperpigmentation (dark spots) or hypopigmentation (light spots) and can affect your overall result. Because the recommended timing and strictness of sun avoidance vary depending on the device, treatment area, skin type, and procedure, it is important to follow the guidance provided for your specific treatment.
Your provider will give you more detailed instructions based on your specific treatment. We also recommend reviewing the treatment information available on our website for additional guidance.
Dermal fillers + laser treatments: Laser treatments are often performed before fillers, or the laser is scheduled 2–4 weeks before or after filler injections, depending on the type of laser and the area being treated. Some lasers can increase swelling or potentially affect filler results.
How long after Botox should I wait before having other treatments?
If you’re having Botox and a facial on the same day, the facial should be performed first, followed by Botox. We’ll need to cleanse the injection areas before Botox, which may remove some of the skincare products applied during your facial.
After Botox, wait 2 weeks before having treatments involving pressure, massage, or energy-based devices in the treated area, including facials, lasers, and microneedling.
What should I expect during my facial treatment?
